Refund Policy

Our return policy is good for up to 15 days after your purchase.  If 15 days have passed by since your purchase, we will not be able to accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and i new condition.  It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Please do not attempt to return an item without first contacting us for a (return approval code).  You can email us at or call 301.333.8009.

We do not offer Refunds on merchandise.  However, if you need to return the item, once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your (exchange).  Please be sure to indicate which item, size and color you want the item exchanged for. (exchanges only no refunds) or we can issue you a store credit.

Sale items 
Items that are on Sale or Closeout cannot be return and cannot be exchanged.  All of those sales are final. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item do to a defect or the item arrived damaged, send us an email at for your return approval code.  After you have the return approval code you can mail your return to: Blessed 24:7 Gift Shop 12138 Central Avenue, Suite 670, Bowie, MD 20721. Remember before you return any items, you must contact us for a return approval code.

To return your merchandise, mail your product to: Blessed 24:7 Gift Shop 12138 Central Avenue, Suite 670, Bowie, MD 20721 (must be in new condition) 

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges can take 7-10 business days.

Wrong Size 
If you are returning an item because you selected the wrong size, after you return the wrong size (in new condition) we will ship out the correct size to you.  However, you will have to pay $7 to cover a portion of the shipping cost for the correct size to be sent to you. If we do not have your size, a credit will be issued or you can make another selection.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend you using a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance in case your package is lost before it reaches us.  We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that never reach us.
