Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Please do not attempt to return an item without contacting us for a (return approval code) first.  You can email us at or call 301.333.8009.

Unfortunately we do not offer Refunds.  However, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your (exchange).  Please be sure to indicate which item, size and color you want the item exchanged for.

Sale items 
Unfortunately Sale Items & Closeout Items cannot be exchanged 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at for your return approval code and after you have the return approval code you can mail your return to: Blessed 24:7 Gift Shop 7826 Central Avenue, Landover MD 20785, United States. Remember before you return any items, you must contact us for a return approval code.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Blessed 24:7 Gift Shop, 7826 Central Avenue, Landover MD 20785, United States. (must be in new condition) 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges can take up to 10 business days.

Wrong Size 
If you are returning an item because you selected the wrong size, after you return the wrong size (in new condition) we will ship out the correct size to you.  However, you will have to pay $7 to cover a portion of the shipping cost for the correct size to be sent to you.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance in case your package is lost before it reaches us.  We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that never reach us.
